Transmutable items can have a portion of their Melee Rating, Stamina Point, or Nevernal Reserve bonuses
"drained away" and turned into a permanent stat bonus for your adventurer.
The adventurer will receive the "drained away" portion of the item's bonuses as permanent bonuses to his or her stats.
The item that has been transmuted will permanently lose the portion of its bonuses that were drained away.
The only known way to transmute the bonuses of a transmutable item is to bring the item to
Tharelda Silverscar, a mage specializing in transmutation magic, whose tower is located in the
Hart Hills of Southwest Tysa.
