Terms of Service

When you purchase an Adventurer's Guild subscription, or make a donation to Sryth™, once the transaction is completed, the sale is final and is not refundable.

If Sryth experiences downtime, there will be no refunds.

Players may not engage in malicious activity that aims to harm or disrupt the game, or lessen the enjoyment of the game for others.

Account Removal

EpicImagination/Matthew H. Yarrows reserves the right to remove member accounts at any time for any reason. Members in violation of these terms may have their accounts removed without notice. Members whose account usernames or character names contain profanity or any other suggestive or inappropriate content may be removed without notice. Nonsubscribed accounts idle for longer than 60 days may be removed without notice.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EpicImagination/Matthew H. Yarrows, and related affiliates and representatives, from any and all third party claims, losses, liability, damages and/or costs (including attorney fees and costs) arising from your access to or use of sryth.com.
