The Shoulder Cross

A shoulder cross is a symbolic gesture of general good will, and decent intent. It is used nearly everywhere throughout the realms, and would be somewhat comparable to a handshake.

A shoulder cross is performed by each participant extending his or her right hand palm outward until it touches the intended recipient's right shoulder. The recipient then returns the gesture in kind.
