The roustmen, as they are known, are a group of citizens of the city-state
of Kardsen who are fiercely loyal to the Grand Sentry .
It's believed that the roustmen earned their name due to the strongarm tactics
they employ while "rousting out" those who stand in opposition to the
Grand Sentry.
Many brutal crimes have been attributed to this group, whom the Grand Sentry
has long looked upon as loyal supporters.
A longstanding hatred exists between the roustmen and the
rabble .
