Hailing from a shadowy realm in the deepest reaches of the
Neverness , the demon lord (though some accounts
simply refer to him as an 'entity') Dromgor-Thal is said to reside in
windowless tower that rises out of the heart of a nightmarish swamp known
as the Waking Mire.
Tales abound of Dromgor-Thal's interference in the affairs of Sryth's
adventurers. By most accounts, he appears to adventurers in the form of
a ghostly figure, to offer them his help and guidance.
Most commonly, the
ghostly version of Dromgor-Thal is that of a middle-aged, balding man
whose remaining black hair is pulled back into a single, lengthy braid.
While the true intentions of the powerful entity known as 'Dromgor-Thal'
may never be ascertained, most who have encountered him believe that
despite what he professes, his intentions are largely sinister in nature.
