Tetogsa - A Delicacy

Tetogsa, also known as eggbrak in various locales, is a dish consisting of slightly charred wedges of bread smothered by a mound of scrambled eggs.

This delicacy, popular throughout the North Broadlands, is prepared and served in a variety of ways, with most preparers seeing fit to augment the simple recipe with their own ingredients.

For a long spell, Tetogsa was considered a food synonymous with the lower stratum of society, though the discovery that the fare is a favourite of Thane Pyrond's has helped to erode the stigma.
