better known by his infamous moniker -- The Phantom Assassin -- is
a deadly, and elusive foe.
The former wine merchant from Trithik earned his ghastly reputation,
and his ghostly moniker, because of his legendary and almost supernatural
ability to avoid detection and capture.
For several years, his very existence was routinely doubted, with many of
his killings attributed to other criminal elements.
Some of the most notorious killings over the past decade bear the mark of
his masterful handiwork.
