The Doors of Deception is a special contest event held from time to time
at the Battlegrounds on Iron Crown Isle.
The object of the contest is to attain the highest score among a field
of competitors by opening the most safe doors in succession.
At each stage of the event, a contestant will be presented with an array
of doors from which he or she may select one to open.
Some doors lead safely to the next stage, while others hide various dangers
-- some of them instantly deadly.
Despite the perils an adventurer can face during this contest, the powerful
magic that governs the event sees to it that actual death does not occur.
