Sryth™ Expanded Info Entry

Cloudlurker

The ancient dusk dragon known as Cloudlurker once terrorized nearly the entirety of the North Broadlands .

The great dragon lord, who is said to have been half again as large as the largest of his kin, would soar across the sky seeking to raze and plunder the strongholds of humankind, which he is said to have considered a blight upon the world.

While circling high above an intended target of his fearsome wrath, Cloudlurker would drop an ancient, enchanted warhammer, so signifying to those below his intent to attack. This hammer (rumoured to have been acquired by Tallys ) has come to be known as Clourlurker's Harbinger.

The dropping of the great hammer would sometimes occur days (or even weeks) before the actual attack took place. After the target was destroyed (they were always destroyed), Cloudlurker would retrieve the hammer.

Cloudlurker finally met his end on the talons of one of his savage brothers -- a dusk dragon whose size and ferocity is said to have rivaled that of his more infamous sibling.

It was Cloudlurker himself who destroyed the city of Hope Stone , now the site of the Tysian mining town, Dragonwrath .
