Ziard

The city-state of Ziard has gained much infamy thoughout the realms over the last several centuries for the brand of harsh justice it hands down to lawbreakers.

The city is run by a military government, which is headed by the War Minister. The current War Minister of Ziard is a man by the name of Rhorcyn. The War Minister is chiefly responsible for overseeing Ziard's powerful military, and presiding over the laws that govern the city. Most of the city's day-to-day operational affairs are attended to by a council chosen by the War Minister.

There are many crimes in Ziard for which death is the punishment. Thanks to the harsh brand of justice practiced in Ziard, crime in the city is virtually non-existent.
