The Tarn-Hurn was the name given to the sorcerer lord who ruled the long-ruined city-state of Tarn .

A sudden and violent uprising that resulted in the death of the Tarn-Hurn at the hands of his own disciples, is long believed to have been the catalyst in a series of events that resulted in the abandonment and subsequent ruin of the city.
