Lord Tarkhald

The cruel, and some say maniacal, Lord Tarkhald ruled over the southwestern portion of Tysa as a vassal of the King, nearly five hundred years ago. His "reign" over the people of southwest Tysa was a tyrannical one, and the list of his wicked deeds is indeed a long one.

When he died, it is said that his supporters (as cruel as their master) buried him in a secret tomb so that his remains would never be disturbed.
