Slime Ants

These vicious black and green insects are roughly the size of a large dog and received their name because of a foul-smelling, burning green ooze they are capable of spitting at their prey.

Slime ants dwell in complex underground hives, where there will usually be a massive queen insect present. It would take an extremely confident (or extremely foolish) adventurer to venture into a slime ant hive.
