Lorugar - The Snake of Charna

The exploits of Lorugar, a master thief better known to most as 'The Snake of Charna', are legendary.

Despite the grand wealth he acquired during a life of thievery, Lorugar seems to have had second thoughts about his chosen career, and has (for the past decade) abandoned his dark trade for the life of a farmer in northwest Tysa.

Many of the possessions he stole (and he maintains that he only ever stole from those who had more than they needed) he has since returned, albeit secretly, to their rightful owners.

Lorugar speaks in a distinctive, refined voice, and is said to possess the uncanny ability to charm and win over even those most skeptical of his motives -- at least if given the chance.
