Gurrundor Root

Gurrundor root is the name given to a large, spherical tuber the grows at high altitudes. It was named after the man who is credited with first discovering it, high in the Felrundins -- Jirston Gurrundor.

While the tuber can be eaten, and is a sweet and fortifying food, its more common (and more valuable) use is as a pipe filler.

When dried and cut into strips, Gurrundor root serves as the most common source of pipe smoke throughout the North Broadlands .
