Grubmaw the Plaguebearer

This twelve-foot long slime-coated, blood-red worm has the head and arms of an ogre, and a disposition nearly as foul as his sickening appearance.

Grubmaw is named 'Plaguebearer' because of the arsenal of diseases he will employ upon his enemies (though only at the behest of his master, Runeskin ).
