Band of Warding

Bands of warding are enchanted bracelets/manacles, typically made of metal, that prevent anyone who's wearing one from making use of magic -- both their own magic and any magic from any items in their possession.

These magical bands will automatically resize themselves to fit onto the wrist of any person. Once in place on someone's wrist, a band of warding cannot be removed by its wearer. Only another person may attempt to remove the band.
