you currently possessed.
As of approximately 5 PM (Eastern Time) on 11/25/15, such Experience
rewards are applied to ALL skills and powers, even those you do not
currently possess.
The Experience bonus for any skills/powers you don't possess are
now stored and can be
applied once you acquire the skill/power
for which it is intended.
