This race of grey-skinned humans with jet-black, pupilless eyes,
inhabits the shadowy Nevernal realm of
Kyul-Thanor .
The Thanorians are all that remain of a vast population that
faithfully served Palk , the Great Warrior Spirit,
in the glorious realm of his creation. Upon the sudden, and unexpected
departure of their master, however, the realm of Kyul-Thanor fell into
decay and ruin, as vast hordes of wicked creatures from the depths
of the Neverness invaded it.
The Thanorians, determined to wait for the arrival of the "true"
disciple of their master, defend their last remaining refuge, the town
of Shadowedge, from an ever-increasing tide of evil that assails
its borders.
