Murk-Men

Over the years many residents of the town of Stormfield have reported seeing strange, humanoid creatures in and about the edge of the nearby swamp known as ' The Murk '.

According to all accounts, these murk-men appear to be vaguely human in shape, but are made entirely from mud and muck. A few locals have even said that they were attacked and chased by these horrific creatures.

The murk-men, as these creatures have come to be called, are one of the main reasons there are few who dare to venture into the swamp.
